چکیده

Biofertilizers management for sustainable agriculture is a challenge to improve farmers ‘food security today and correct nutrient deficiencies (potassium, phosphorus nitrogen) in plant. As biofertilizers, mycorrhizal symbiosis plays an important role uptake the productivity of plants. The aim this study was Rhizobium inoculations effect on plant growth mineral nutrition snap bean variety "Contender" greenhouse condition. experiment randomized block design with four treatments: control non-inoculated, dual inoculation Serendipita indica (S.indica) tropici Ciat 899 strain (Ciat 899), Rhizophagus irregularis (R. irregularis) 899, combined R. irregularis, S.indica ; using eight replicates per treatment. associated or significantly increased parameters, shoots root concentrations. It shows higher biomass production, pod number, nodule number content than plants inoculated triple strains non-mycorrhizal Thus, colonization rate exceeds 80%. results show that fungi enhance common bean.

Study on the growth of (Achillea millefolium L.) medicinal plant by soil inoculation of mountainous area with selected mycorrhizal fungi

In recent years, the use of soil microbial potential including arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi is widely considered to enhance the better growth and nutrition of plants. This research was conducted in order to study the impact of mycorrhizal fungi on the increase of yarrow production and the plant establishment affected by the symbiotic ...

Co-inoculation Effect of Rhizobia and Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria on Common Bean Growth in a Low Phosphorus Soil

Nitrogen (N) fixation through legume-Rhizobium symbiosis is important for enhancing agricultural productivity and is therefore of great economic interest. Growing evidence indicates that other soil beneficial bacteria can positively affect symbiotic performance of rhizobia. Nodule endophytic plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) were isolated from common bean nodules from Nakuru County in...

Mycorrhizal fungi inoculation and phosphorus fertilizer on growth, essential oil production and nutrient uptake in peppermint (Mentha piperita L.)

This study evaluated the effects of inoculation with the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi Glomus mosseae, Glomus intraradices A4 and Glomus intraradices B1 and two phosphorus levels (10 and 40 mg kg-1) on root colonization, plant growth, nutrient uptake and essential oil content in Mentha piperita L. The experiment was carried out in a greenhouse, in 4x2 factorial arrangement, in completely randomi...

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi alter the response of growth and nutrient uptake of snap bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) to O3.

The effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) Glomus mosseae on the responses to elevated O3 in growth and nutrition of snap bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L. cv Guangzhouyuan) were investigated. Exposure was conducted in growth chambers by using three O3 concentrations (20 (CF), 80 (CFO1) and 120 nL/L (CFO2); 8 hr/day for 75 days). Results showed that elevated O3 slightly impacted overall mycorr...
